Freedom From Guilt
by Dr. Bruce Narramore, Ph.D. and Bill Counts, Th.M.
PRIMARY AUDIENCE: Any lay person who is struggling with depression and guilt and anyone who wants to understand this crippling emotion from both a biblical and psychological perspective.
"You're guilty!" "You're a failure!" "You've done it again!"
These accusations are not audible charges leveled by a stern judge, a thundering preacher, or an angry parent. They are the silent condemnations and self-criticisms deep in the soul of many individuals. These crippling feelings of guilt enslave your personality. They can drive you into neurosis, wreck your marriage and rob you of personal fulfillment without your knowledge.
But there is FREEDOM FROM GUILT. Bruce Narramore and Bill Counts combine their psychological and biblical insights to explore the dark caverns of the frustrating human emotion of guilt. You can receive forgiveness for true guilt and release from the crippling accusations of false psychological guilt. Freedom From Guilt can put you on the path to forgiveness, self-acceptance, spontaneous freedom and exhilarating growth.
A reader writes: In about 1990 I was in a Woman's Bible Study which had a lot of false teaching on 'Clearing Your Conscience.' They taught the beliefs of one man who misused Scripture to make a point. On the way home I stopped at a bookstore and prayed asking the LORD what was TRUE about guilt and the conscience. As I looked, Freedom From Guilt practically jumped off the shelf. It was GREAT. It really helped. Bruce and Bill use the Word to teach through Romans 6-8 which really can LIBERATE someone struggling with determining real guilt vs. false guilt. It is GREAT. I highly recommend it and am so glad to see it is still available!"
